New Version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Statement of Direction Available for Download

In this document, the leaders at Microsoft do a great job of keeping us in the loop in regards of where there headed in regards to xRM, V.Next, CRM mobile applications, CRM 4.0 accelerators, and more. This 27-page document provides us with some insight into what we can expect in the years to come. Definitely a great read.
