Remember: Back up your database before installation. Also, install the latest Microsoft Dynamics GP service pack (SERVICE PACK 5) as of 08/31/2010 before installing any Advanced Human Resources and Advanced Payroll Service Packs and Hotfixes.

Human Resources & Payroll Suite
I am trying to install to install the GP 10.0 Feature Pack 1 with SP5 (Test 64 bit Win 2008 R2 and SQL 2008 64 bit R2).
The only feature module that won’t install is the Human Resources & Payroll Suite. Fatal error. Any idea why?

We haven’t encountered this error however if the Microsoft Dynamics GP Community doesn’t have any content regarding this error then contact Microsoft Dynamics GP support at https://mbs.microsoft.com/
