Email Router Hotfix for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

We recently encountered an issue where Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 would crash after the client sent emails while using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Email Router. Microsoft has released a Hotfix Download to solve this issue.
